Hi, I’m Jena McCaslin, the founder and CEO of M.A.S.S. LLC (Mobile Automobile Safety Simulator). With a degree in Applied Science and over a decade of retail management experience, I identified a critical gap in driver education — the lack of safe, realistic practice environments for new drivers.
I also co-own and operate McCaslin Concrete Contractors LLC, a successful multi-million dollar company, with my husband Nick since 2017. Running a construction business taught me the value of safety-first thinking and practical problem solving.
The idea for Driver Simulator came from watching my own children approach driving age. I wanted a way for them to practice real driving skills safely — from the passenger seat — before ever touching the steering wheel on the road.
Today, Driver Simulator combines patent-pending Bluetooth hardware with Google Earth Street View training and AI coaching to create the most realistic at-home driver training experience available. Our mission is to make every new driver safer before they hit the road.
