Our Promise

We're committed to offering the best value for our products. If you find an identical Driver Simulator product sold by an authorized retailer at a lower price, we will match that price.

Eligibility

• The price match must be for the exact same product (same SKU, configuration, and condition).
• The competing price must be from an authorized Driver Simulator retailer or partner.
• The competing price must be currently available and in stock at the time of your request.
• Price match requests must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase.

Exclusions

• Collector's merchandise items are excluded from price matching due to their limited-edition, numbered nature.
• Bundle pricing cannot be compared to individual item pricing.
• Clearance, liquidation, or closeout pricing is excluded.
• Marketplace sellers (eBay, Amazon third-party, etc.) are excluded.

How to Request a Price Match

Contact us at support@buydriversimulator.com with proof of the lower price (screenshot or link). We will verify the price and process your refund for the difference within 3-5 business days.
