These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Driver Simulator website, hardware, mobile application, and related services provided by M.A.S.S. LLC. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Services

The Driver Simulator is an educational tool designed for driver training purposes. It is not a substitute for professional driving instruction, behind-the-wheel training, or compliance with local driving laws and licensing requirements.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Purchases & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.
• Payment is required at the time of purchase.
• Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout where applicable.

Subscriptions

App subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Collector's Merchandise

All collector's merchandise items are limited edition and sold on a final-sale basis. Each item is individually numbered (1-25) and will never be reproduced. No returns or exchanges are accepted for merchandise items.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, technology, and materials associated with the Driver Simulator are the property of M.A.S.S. LLC and are protected by U.S. patent and intellectual property laws. The Driver Simulator is protected under U.S. Provisional Patent Application Serial No. 63/743,3000.

Limitation of Liability

M.A.S.S. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. The Driver Simulator is a training tool and does not guarantee driving competency or safety.
